I am Michael Groh. Since the mid 1970s I have been a consultant to more than 500 nonprofit organizations, serving over 5000 leaders. My work has taken me throughout North America, Eastern Europe and the Balkans. I have also been involved with new immigrant and refugee populations in the States.
